Tree Mulch & Wood Chip Delivery in Edmonton
Clean, fast, premium mulch delivery.

Clean, fresh wood chip mulch delivered fast to your property. It's a mix of wood, leaves, and small branches from trees we've just removed: it retains moisture, breaks down into healthy soil, and protects tree roots through the seasons. Free or low-cost when we have chip available.
If you're in central Edmonton and need mulch for garden beds, pathways, or landscape projects, we deliver. A load is usually around 9–10 yards.
Why arborist chip is good for trees
Arborist chip is fresh, varied (wood, leaves, and small branches), and biologically active. As it decomposes it builds soil structure, feeds beneficial fungi, holds moisture, and protects roots from heat and freeze-thaw stress. And it's free or low-cost. We'd otherwise pay tipping fees to dump it, so getting it onto a property where it'll do some good is a win on both ends.
How we deliver
We deliver with our chip truck. A load is usually around 9–10 yards, so you'll need room for a full load. There's no set schedule. The chip comes straight from the trees we're removing, so timing depends on where we're working that week. We'll reach out when we have a load in your area.

Frequently asked
Tree Mulch & Wood Chip Delivery FAQs
Is arborist mulch safe for my garden?
Yes. Fresh wood chip mulch is safe and excellent for ornamental trees, shrubs, and most perennial beds. Two notes: avoid using fresh chips as a top-dressing in vegetable beds (the decomposition can briefly tie up nitrogen at the soil surface), and don't pile it against the trunks of trees (volcano mulching is bad for trees of any age).
Can I get mulch from a tree that had Dutch Elm Disease?
We do not deliver chip from trees removed for Dutch Elm Disease. Provincial rules require that infected elm material be disposed of through specific approved channels. All chip we deliver is from healthy removals.
How much mulch do I need?
Rough rule: 1 cubic yard covers about 100 square feet at 3 inches deep. A typical residential tree ring (4-foot radius) takes about 0.5-1 yard. A small backyard tree-and-shrub project is usually 3-5 yards. We can help you estimate based on your project.
